Vianet is committed to building rural fibre optic infrastructure into Adjala-Tosorontio. In 2020 we brought fibre to the communities of Loretto and Keenansville and quickly expanded that network back to our Schomberg office. We are excited to bring Better Internet to the community and look forward to future expansion throughout Adjala-Tosorontio.
Vianet has multiple Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects currently underway
throughout Adjala-Tosorontio.
We are well into the spring months and our construction crews are busy
building infrastructure and completing in home installations all throughout
Adjala. We are currently in Step 4 and 5 of our construction process in many
areas. Residents from last year’s beginning project phases are active and online.
We actively are taking orders in the region, reach out today to see if Vianet’s
Fibre-To-The-Home service is available for you.
As we enter into Fall, we are pleased to say that a number of customers in the Loretto community have been connected with Vianet’s fibre-to-the-Home service. Infrastructure is still being built along our Phase 2 section including Simcoe County Road 1, Concession Rd 4 and Keanansville. The enthusiasm from the community has been outstanding and we are looking forward to connecting many more customers to better internet over the next few months.
Phase 3 announced!
We have begun work on Phase 3 which will see and additional 285 homes along several underserviced roads within the communities Adjala-Tosorontio and New Tecumseth upgraded with fibre optic cable. Customers can expect to see our crews and contractors in the area now though next year.
With a strong presence in the community on our fixed wireless network we understand the challenges rural internet customers face with geography, weather and mature tree growth. Building Fibre to your community will bring state of the art infrastructure to many rural homes, improve our own fixed wireless service and provide opportunities for future growth in Adjala-Tosorontio.

There is a one time basic Network Connection Fee of $1000 to connect to the network (up to 40m
from the road). An extended Network Connection Fee may be applicable.

Our fixed wireless network has over 10 tower sites that provide service to the township of Adjala- Tosorontio offering service packages that now offer speeds up to 50 Mbps download and 10 Mpbs upload with unlimited data.
